Obviously, these pictures are from awhile ago (*cough* October *cough cough*). I was going to blog them, forgot, and then found them again today as I was looking through my pictures. Here you have it, my first experience with shooting guns.
My tutor and the gun owner, Holly:
She is so great! She took me out to a shooting range near the butte, taught me gun safety, explained each gun, then let me at it! Too bad at this point I can't remember what each gun was called.I sat down first for this one:

She told me it had a kick. Not knowing what to expect, I sat down. I figured if I was already on my tushy, I couldn't be knocked there :)
After finding out it wasn't too bad, I decided I could stand up.

Nice! Justin took me shooting back in November I think... I had a lot of fun! Maybe we can go together sometime. ;)
When I went to ISU I had this neighbor named Damon that used to take us shooting and even taought me how to make my own bullets. I loved it. I doubt I would be much of a hunter but shooting is pretty cool. I also went black powder rifle shooting while at Ricks, I didn't like that as much.
Sometimes at work we have to "dispose" of old equipment. Most CRT monitors take about 3-5 9mm before imploding and shattering glass all over the place. Laptops are my most favorite item to 'shoot up' I'll have to share some pics of the last shoot'n trip. Once we took an old PC, took the cover off and blasted it with old paint balls. I know they hurt at close range but inside a computer, a paint ball will break stuff like cables and memory chips.
Alright, so I got my chance to shoot clay pigeons in Alabama when I went there for work a few years ago, and I totally declined. I'm such a wuss.
You went to Alabama? I don't remember, that's cool.
Good skill to learn. fun!
